Golden Retriever Foundation Donation

Use the form below for an on-line donation or go to our paper form: print it, fill it in, and mail it. The paper form must be used for checks, pledges, or stock transfers. Use the Golden Retriever Memorial Garden donation form for Golden Retriever Memorial Garden donations.

On-line Donation Form: Fill in your donation amount and indicate the fund you wish to donate to. Also, for our records, fill in your name, e-mail, and address. When finished, click on Submit. A secure PayPal page will then gather your payment information. Donations can be for Holiday Cards or in honor of, in memory of by selecting the appropriate option below your name and address. For Holiday Cards, the donation must be to the General Fund, we request a minimum of $20.00 donation for each card, and there cannot be a memorial or custom greeting. After donating, you will receive an e-mail message with further instructions.
